Is it possible to change NXlog Community Edition installation path on Windows platform ?

(default installation path is :C:\Program Files\nxlog or  C:\Program Files (x86)\nxlog ).

I want to install it to C:\nxlog for example.

Thank you,

Unfortunately this is not possible at this time - a good feature candidate to be added in the upcoming version.

Dirty hack: you can just zip the nxlog folder under Program Files and move it elsewhere. AFAIK there are only a couple registry entries that need to be updated with the new path, e.g. the service registry data.

we encounter some issues using this Powershell command, Powershell is not able to extract NXLog msi package. We launched powershell in Admin mode but it doesn't seem to work.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

msiexec.exe is a command line tool, no powershell is involved.
