Hi,

We're trying to deploy NXLog to our Windows 10 and Windows 7 32-bit machines. Installation can't push through and the following error message shows up:

“This installation package is not supported by this processor type. Contact your product vendor.”

Which package are you trying to install?

If it's the Community Edition could you please try again using the previous version (CEv3.1): https://nxlog.co/downloads/nxlog-ce?prevversions=1&prod=nxlog-ce#nxlog-community-edition ?
