Can NXLog run as-is on Windows Embedded? Specifically Windows Embedded Standard 6.1?

Can NXLog run as-is on Windows Embedded? Specifically Windows Embedded Standard 6.1?

Since the Windows Embedded Standard 6.1 seems to support the full WIN32 API it should work. We also have a version of the NXLog Enterprise Edition for the Windows Nano Server.
