NXLOG Windows CE 2.9.1716 | Log collection solutions

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything related.

I'm after NXLOG version CE 2.9.1716 for Windows however only Ubuntu & Debian is available from the download section. Does anybody know

how I can obtain the Windows file?
