Nxlog Upgrade from v3.x to 5.x

Hi Team,
Hope all are well.
I am new to nxlog and trying to plan for an upgrade from vUpgrade from nxlog-ce-2.9 to latest 5.x.
Can someone please help us in below queries.
- Can we upgrade to the latest version
- IS upgrading to latest version is recomended?
- can we directly upgrade it or its a multihop upgrade from v3.x -> 4.x -> 5.x
- is there any link to go through the upgrade process in windows environment?

Let me answer your questions:
- Yes, you can! However, keep in mind that CE 2.9, which (as I understand) you use right know, is a free, community-driven product. The lates 5.x version refer to the NXLog Enterprise Edition, which is enterprise-grade software, and require getting a license(s).
- Yes, it is recommended. Thanks to the lifecycle of Enterprise Edition, it's always up-to-date, it brings a lot of optimizations, and also with more functionalities. It can also get support from our Support Team, as well as Professional Services, helping in more specific optimizations.
- You should be able to directly skip versions, but two remarks: a) please, backup your conifgs, b) be aware that there might be some subtle differences, but nothing that won't be solvable.
