The Support Ticketing system is available for customers who have purchased commercial support. Regardless, bugs and issues related to the NXLog Community Edition can be also reported but this requires a confirmation by our developers on the mailing list, community forum or IRC chatroom.

Please note that support tickets that do not meet this criteria will be deleted.
