After the upgrade from 5.5 to 5.6, the web UI is unable to load, jetty service unavailable.

Not sure why this is happening.

Would be helpful if you can share nxlog-manager.log file with us ( please note that this is a public forum ) .

The log file should tell more about the possible issue.

If more private and detailed support please open a ticket via our ticket support platform.

    Hello Klevin,

    Our nxlog-manager.log file has its group and owner changed from root to nxlog-mgr.
    The thing is after nxlog-manager has been upgraded, no logs are written to either the nxlog-manager.log file or the nxlog-manager.log file.
    I'm not sure if nxlog-manager is unable to write to the file after the upgrade.
